By accessing and using MebelHaven's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform for purchasing Solid Wood Furniture, Metal Furniture, Upholstered Furniture, and Glass Furniture.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through our platform. All purchases are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate information, but errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the information and cancel any orders placed based on incorrect pricing or product details.

Limitation of Liability

MebelHaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

MebelHaven is not responsible for damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions for any furniture products. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and maintenance of all purchased items.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the MebelHaven website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of MebelHaven and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without express written permission from MebelHaven. This includes product designs, photographs, and descriptive content.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused furniture in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.

Custom orders, assembled furniture, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds may be subject to restocking fees for large furniture items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MebelHaven is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
